Our Service
1. Service Description
AISL Mall offers and sells educational products and services provided by third parties (including workshops and webinars, online and offline) and delivers these products and services directly or in collaboration with third‑party education partners (“Educational Service and/or Product Providers”). Customers transact on AISL Mall Platform with AISL Mall, which collects fees and coordinates delivery.
2. Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in providing the Services and programme information. Some details are provided by the Educational Service and/or Product Providers and may change. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions, or any missing bits of information, though we will use reasonable efforts to verify material accuracy, and do everything we can to correct or fix errors as soon as we can.
3. Linked Content
The Services contain links to the websites or resources of the Educational Service and/or Product Providers (collectively, the “Linked Content”). The Educational Service and/or Product Providers are solely responsible for the Linked Content. Accessing Linked Content does not affect the fact that your contract for any educational products or services purchased on our platform is with us. For Linked Content issues, please contact the relevant provider. For bookings made with AISL Mall (including refunds, customer service or complaints), please contact us.4.Disclaimer
The information on the Services is provided for general reference only and is not educational advice, nor a recommendation or endorsement of any particular programme or service. While AISL Mall uses reasonable efforts to keep programme information accurate and up to date, some details are provided by the Educational Service and/or Product Providers and may change (e.g., instructors, venues, schedules). To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that all information is error‑free, and you should assess the suitability of any programme for your needs and seek independent advice where appropriate. A binding contract for a programme or service is formed only when AISL Mall confirms your booking or order.

We aim to give you uninterrupted access to the current Services. However, we cannot assure you of uninterrupted availability of the Services. We have the absolute right to suspend, limit or terminate your access to the Services at any time. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
Information about Educational Products and Services
1. Contractual Relationship
When you purchase a programme, a binding contract is formed between you and AISL Mall. AISL Mall is responsible to you for programme delivery, customer service, refunds and dispute resolution. Education Service and/or Product Providers support delivery under separate agreements with AISL Mall.
2. Reading the Terms
You are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully and to satisfy yourself that you understand such terms and conditions thoroughly (and in appropriate cases, seek professional advice on the meaning, operation and substantive effect of those terms and conditions) before you enter into a contract for such products or services. If you are in doubt as to your obligations under these Terms and Conditions or if you wish to seek assistance in relation to our services, you are encouraged to contact our customer service department at support@aislmall.com.
3. Legal Restrictions
Our products and services may be purchased by individuals of 18 years of age or above, or by a parent/guardian on behalf of a minor participant. Participants under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian consent.
4. Electronic Notices and Documents
Where appropriate and with your consent, all documents related to educational products and/or services will be sent to you electronically. You consent to receive notifications from us electronically to the e-mail address you provide to us. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree that you have the ability to store such electronic communications such that they remain accessible to you in an unchanged form.
Information on the Services and all materials pertaining to products and services on offer are not representative of, and thus must not be treated as a complete description of the particular and individual terms and conditions of the relevant product or service. It is your sole responsibility to seek independent and professional advice and to ensure all details and information provided to us and displayed on the Services are accurate and reliable. For programme‑specific terms expressly incorporated by AISL Mall, those terms apply to that programme; otherwise these Terms prevail.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or an order. A binding contract forms only when we confirm your booking or order.
With respect to the educational products and/or services, it is your responsibility to read all applicable terms and conditions, including any refund and return policies.
